cannot put into words the value of this toolkit for either the
modern business consultant, general manager, IT Manager or HR
professional. The toolkit is complete with absolutely wonderful
tools to put to good use in your respective organizations.
This is a great kit. It has contributions from
numerous different authors. The contributions are too many to list
but include such areas as surveys, coaching, managing change,
teambuilding and many more. You are also able to duplicate and use
the material immediately. For the price it is a tremendous value. I
am glad that I purchased it.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this toolkit from
cover to cover. It's a sure must for anyone wanting to understand
and learn about being an IT consultant. I wish I had this kit around
when I was a consultant. It describes exactly what an IT consultant
needs to do, the roles & responsibilities and attributes needed
for this exciting career. Face it, most jobs today are very much IT
focused, and we're all into IT in one way or the other. This gets my
thumbs-up!
