□ FollowtheDASHdietbyeatingmorefruits,vegetables,andlow-fatdairyfoods.
□ Beactiveeveryday–walkingcounts!
□ Limitthenumberofalcoholicbeverages,ifyoudrinkregularly.
□ Quitsmoking.
